Due to the nature of our business services, there are no physical products that can be returned and confirmed payments by clients are considered a final sale.
The process for all clients to sign up for our services are all the same and clients are at no pressure to sign up immediately.
However, if a service is already paid for, clients have before the end of the business day when the purchase was made to contact us and request for a refund.

Conditions of our Refunds:
The following rules of a refund are applied to all of our services:
Purchases made on the same business day
Reports/Tests are provided to the client 15 business days from the date of purchase
Clients who break our "No Bullying" Policy
We reserve the right to refuse refunds that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
