GoBnanas! Refund policy

Due to the nature of our business services, there are no physical products that can be returned and confirmed payments by clients are considered a final sale.

The process for all clients to sign up for our services are all the same and clients are at no pressure to sign up immediately.

However, if a service is already paid for, clients have before the end of the business day when the purchase was made to contact us and request for a refund.

Conditions of our Refunds:

The following rules of a refund are applied to all of our services:

• Purchases made on the same business day

• Reports/Tests are provided to the client 15 business days from the date of purchase

• Clients who break our "No Bullying" Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
